Absolutely loved the new facilities and the cozy onsen in the basement - perfect for relaxing together after a busy day exploring the city. Our room was pristine, and the staff, although not overly chatty, always had a smile and were accommodating. Plus, the location couldn't be more convenient, close to a bustling shopping district and easy access to both airports.
The limited laundry units and ineffective drying function caused some frustration, especially when others were waiting. Also, the thin walls didn't shield us from street noise, which disrupted our peace at times.

i appreciated the hotel, its reasonably spacious room and amiable staff. the location was unbeatable, about 20-minute walk into town. furthermore, the property was at walking distance from cactus petes casino.

This hotel has an incredible location, just a short walk from the Higashi Ginza station, making it super convenient for shopping in the vibrant Ginza area. What an unbelievable experience! the hotel was spanking new with the cleanest rooms, a jaw, dropping onsen in the basement, and the friendliest staff. the location was super convenient, the express check, out process was mind, blowing, and being able to keep an eye on the laundry status from the room's TV screen was just fantastic. the public bath was a HIGHLIGHT, and the firm mattress in our room was just perfect. an unforgettable stay! .
